Job Overview:

Salesforce QA Tester

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute test strategies and plans for Salesforce applications
• Perform functional, regression, performance, and stress testing
• Automate test cases using tools such as

  Selenium

  ,

  QTP

  , or similar frameworks
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand new features and ensure high-quality delivery
• Participate in requirement and design reviews, contributing from a QA perspective
• Ensure that changes do not negatively impact existing system functionality

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7–12 years of experience in

  Salesforce QA

  and software testing
• Proficient in

  test automation tools

  (Selenium, QTP, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of

  regression

  ,

  performance

  , and

  stress testing

  techniques
• Solid understanding of

  Salesforce architecture and functionality

• Experience working in

  Agile environments

• Excellent communication and analytical skills

Nice to Have:

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator or Developer)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or Git
