Sales Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of automobile sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and implement strategies for improvement.
• Assist in recruitment, training, and development of sales staff.
• Ensure proper lead management and customer follow-up by the sales team.
• Guide team members in product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and campaigns.
• Handle key customer negotiations and support closure of high-value deals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and reports for management review.
• Ensure showroom standards, vehicle display, and test drive processes are followed.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer retention and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Team Leader or Senior Sales Executive in the automobile industry.
• Strong knowledge of automotive products, features, financing, and insurance options.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Goal-oriented, with a strong ability to drive performance and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and dealership management software.
• Valid driving license.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in automotive sales, including team handling.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
