Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist based in New Delhi. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and developing sales strategies. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will be tasked with preparing sales reports, providing high-level customer service, and collaborating with the sales team for effective sales management. Some work from home is acceptable.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven Sales experience and ability to meet sales targets
  • Experience in Sales Management and team training
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field
  • Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
  • Relevant certifications in sales or customer relationship management are a plus
