Role Description – Graduate Trainee Intern (Full-Time, On-Site – Jaipur) As a Graduate Trainee Intern at ZPLYS.AI, you will play a critical role in supporting on-ground initiatives and day-to-day business activities. This is not a desk-only role — active involvement in fieldwork, on-ground coordination, and community engagement is a mandatory requirement. You will work across multiple departments, contributing to research, data collection, process optimization, and project execution. You will also assist in developing and implementing strategic initiatives while collaborating with different team members to drive operational success. Key Responsibilities Actively participate in on-ground activities , including academy and tournament visits, event support, and partner engagement. Conduct research and data collection related to sports organizations, user behavior, and market trends. Support project management and execution of local marketing and outreach efforts. Assist in the implementation of strategic initiatives to improve platform engagement. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and contribute to continuous improvement. Qualifications Willingness and availability to work on the ground ( fieldwork is involved ). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks. Proficiency in MS Office and basic project tools. Key Responsibilities Identify and connect with academy owners and tournament organizers in badminton, cricket, and pickleball. Pitch the ZPLYS app as an end-to-end solution for tournament management — including registrations, draws, and live scoring. Onboard new users and provide hands-on app demos, support, and basic training. Conduct field visits to sports venues and build long-term relationships with stakeholders. Log daily outreach activities: calls, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions. Share insights and feedback from the field with the product and growth teams.
