Networking : Ability to build relationships with local pediatricians, schools, and NGOs for referrals and partnerships. Budget Management : Experience managing marketing budgets to maximize ROI, especially for small to mid-sized organizations like In-Sync. Creativity : Innovative ideas for campaigns, such as parent testimonials, success stories, or awareness drives about autism and developmental delays. Data-Driven Decision Making : Ability to analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data.
