SALES OPERATIONS MANAGER

Location: Noida Sector 62, On-site

Shift: Eastern US hours, 6:30pm to 3:30am IST


We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as the Sales Operations Manager. This role will work closely with the SVP of Business Development to oversee key operational functions including pre-sales support, marketing, and business development.

This role offers the chance to make a significant impact on our company's success and growth.

The ideal candidate has 10 years of sales experience, significant understanding of US staffing industry, and the ability to lead multiple functions towards a common goal.


SUMMARY:


This Sales Operations Manager will have direct oversight of two India teams (pre-sales and marketing) as well as US-based Account Managers and New Business Development Associates. The primary goal of the SOM is to ensure the system works properly from pre-sales to account management, remove barriers along the way, and foster a high-performing team environment.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


Sales Support Team –

  • Supervise onsite team responsible for data collection, cleansing, and initial outreach
  • Ensure tasks are timely, targeted, and aligned with client/account goals
  • Drive cross-position accountability and cohesion

Marketing –

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote the company's services and brand.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and campaign performance, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.

General Operations Support –

  • Share insights with SVP weekly to develop & support strategic decisions
  • Serve as a liaison between different departments and teams (HR, Delivery, etc.), facilitating communication and collaboration between functions
  • Continuously assess operational processes and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.

Sales Management –

  • Act as a

    motivator and coach

    for U.S.-based salespeople
  • Track daily/weekly dashboards (opportunities, leads, conversion rates, pipeline health)
  • Conduct regular check-ins to help remove obstacles or share insights
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to meet targets and objectives.
  • Assist in the development of sales forecasts and budgets
  • Monitor sales trends and market conditions, identifying opportunities for growth


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 6-8 years of experience in sales operations, business support, or sales enablement
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, especially sales, marketing, and operations
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, lead generation, and pipeline management
  • Experience working in the staffing industry,

    with a proven track record of success in full-time and/or contingent staffing roles, is essential for this position.
  • Industry knowledge and experience in the staffing sector, with a focus on full-time and/or contingent staffing.
  • Sales-savvy, but not an individual contributor
  • Highly organized with a process-driven approach to team coordination and performance improvement
  • Leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • People person – can motivate, give feedback, and keep team members on track
  • Self-starter with a high degree of initiative, ownership, and follow-through
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
