Main Responsibilities:

• We are looking for an HR operation coordinator to perform a variety of HR-related administrative tasks.
• You will support maintain and update HR records, employee data, and documentation accurately on job diva.
• This position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• If you are passionate about HR policies and procedures and want to help create a nourishing workplace, this position is for you.
• Ultimately, you will gain HR experience in a fast-paced work environment by supporting and improving all HR functions.

HR Operations & Employee Support:

• Onboarding & Offboarding.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding processes, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition
• Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
• Maintain employee records on Job diva.
• Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves/compensation and resolve any issues that may arise to new employee.
• Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
• Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Aptitude in problem-solving
• Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
