Job Title: Sales Officer

You will also be involved in market research to identify trends and opportunities within the lending sector. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. - Conduct market analysis to identify new sales opportunities. - Generate new business through cold outreach and networking activities. - Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics. - Provide excellent customer service and post-sale support. - Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely processing of loans. - Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to provide informed advice to clients. Skills and Tools Required: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong negotiation and sales skills. - Ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. - Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of financial products and lending processes is an advantage. - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Good time management and organizational skills. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred. - Previous experience in sales, preferably in the financial services sector.
