Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives for products and services. Identify new market opportunities and work closely with R&D/Product teams to meet market demands. Manage and lead the sales and marketing team to ensure targets are achieved across regions. Build strong relationships with OEMs, dealers, distributors, and key clients. Conduct competitor and market analysis to position the company’s offerings effectively. Drive brand positioning, lead generation campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives. Monitor KPIs and prepare regular reports for senior management. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and key networking events. Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to align sales forecasts and delivery timelines. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Automobile preferred); MBA in Marketing is highly desirable. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Sales and Marketing in the automobile manufacturing industry. Proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding market presence. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital marketing platforms. Understanding of automobile components, supply chain, and dealership networks.
