About Happy Doggo: Happy Doggo is a growing brand committed to enhancing the lives of dogs and their families through a wide range of services, including dog training, grooming, fresh cooked meals, behavioral consultations, and pet medical & wellness support. With our headquarters based in Kondapur, Hyderabad, we are now looking to scale our impact and are in search of a dynamic Business Development Executive to lead and execute strategic growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Revenue Generation: Support execution of sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets across all service categories (training, grooming, fresh food, etc.) Generate leads through calls, on-ground events, digital outreach, and local networking Follow up with leads, provide information on services/products, and close sales using a consultative approach Maintain proper sales records and follow-ups in the CRM system Client Relationship Management: Assist in onboarding new customers and ensuring a smooth experience Build rapport with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals Resolve queries, escalate issues when needed, and maintain high customer satisfaction Marketing & Outreach: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local campaigns, promotions, and social media drives Collect and share customer feedback, market insights, and competitor activity with the team Represent Happy Doggo at events, exhibitions, or tie-ups with communities or pet-related platforms Reporting & Coordination: Maintain accurate data of leads, conversions, and client feedback using Google Sheets or CRM tools Prepare weekly performance reports and share updates with team leads Coordinate with internal teams (ops, training, grooming, food delivery) to ensure seamless service Desired Candidate Profile: Graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any related field 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing (experience in wellness, education, lifestyle, or pet care sectors is a bonus) Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Fluency in Telugu, Hindi & English is a must) Proactive, persuasive, and customer-focused mindset Comfortable using MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic CRM or tracking tools Willingness to travel locally or attend on-ground events when required Why Join Us?
