Job Description

To generate revenue through booth/space sales for national and international exhibitions by identifying, approaching, and closing deals with potential exhibitors across relevant industry sectors. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Client Acquisition Sell exhibition space (shell/raw space) to domestic and international companies. Identify potential exhibitors through market research, competitor analysis, and past show databases. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline for upcoming trade shows and expos. Client Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Provide pre- and post-sales support, including space allocation, exhibitor coordination, and contract closure. International Sales (Optional based on experience) Liaise with foreign companies and trade missions to secure international exhibitors. Attend global industry expos to promote events and network with prospective clients. Revenue Target Achievement Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Suggest and implement sales strategies to maximize space selling. Proposal & Documentation Prepare customized proposals, sponsorship decks, and pricing packages. Ensure timely execution of contracts and documentation. Key Skills Required:Proven experience in space selling or B2B sales, preferably in exhibitions or media/events. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong presentation & proposal writing skills. Self-driven with strong networking capabilities. Willingness to travel within India and abroad as required. Preferred Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2–6 years of relevant experience in trade show or event industry preferred. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and email outreach tools. Compensation: Fixed Salary + Incentive/Commission on Sales Travel Allowance (Domestic/International)
