Job Overview

We are seeking a senior-level Sales Manager for our Vietnam Genset operations, based in Mumbai. The candidate should have a minimum of 7 to 10 years of work experience in the relevant field. The role involves managing sales within the power generation sector and building strong distributor relationships. This position is a full-time role.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales management within the power generation sector, preferably with a focus on gensets.
  • Proven expertise in power generation solutions (Mandatory skill), ensuring clients receive tailor-made energy strategies.
  • Ability to effectively manage and nurture distributor relationships (Mandatory skill), building strong partnerships.
  • Extensive background in providing after-sales support to maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Solid knowledge of electrical engineering principles to engage in detailed product discussions with clients.
  • Capability to develop and implement effective pricing strategies to achieve sales targets and improve market share.
  • Proficiency in contract negotiation, ensuring favorable terms while maintaining company standards and policies.
  • Strong experience in B2B sales and channel development, leveraging opportunities to expand business ventures.
