Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in lead generation, cold calling, conducting client site visits, and possess fluency in Hindi, English, and Telugu to effectively communicate with a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Cold Calling:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation strategies, including cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
Client Engagement:
Conduct regular client visits to understand their needs, present solutions, and build strong, lasting relationships.
Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market presence.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
Market Analysis:
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Reporting:
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in sales, Proven experience in lead generation and cold calling.
Language Proficiency:
Fluent in Hindi, English, and Telugu.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
CRM Knowledge:
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Other Skills:
Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
