Job Title: Sales Manager (pune) Department: Sales & Business Development Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team in the assigned region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial services sales, particularly in the NBFC sector, and possess excellent leadership and customer relationship management skills. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets. Lead a team of sales executives/officers and drive productivity through regular training, monitoring, and mentoring. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management. Assist in setting individual targets and evaluating team performance. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred). 3 years of relevant experience in sales and business development in the NBFC or BFSI sector. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in managing field sales teams. Deep understanding of local market dynamics. Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities. Compensation:Competitive salary + performance-based incentives.
