Role & responsibilities:

A candidate for this position should develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.

The Sales Manager should have a proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

The Sales Manager should work closely with the Design teams, marketing team, Execution team to deliver interior fit-out projects.

He/she should Entrepreneurial mind-set and ability to bring in a structure where missing.

A Candidate for this position should have exceptional leadership skills and an approachable individual.

Should develop relationship with channel partners, architects, interiors designing firms, generate the leads for upcoming commercial fit outs and individually drive them to closures.

Experience in real estate sales in interiors companies is added advantage

The Sales Manager should possess interpersonal skills, self-motivate

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Strategic Sales Planning:

    Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Sales Process Management:

    Drive the entire sales cycle from lead generation and proposal development to deal negotiation and closure.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Work closely with Design, Marketing, and Execution teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of commercial interior fit-out projects.
  • Client and Partner Engagement:

    Build and nurture strong relationships with channel partners, architects, interior design firms, and real estate developers to generate a consistent pipeline of commercial fit-out opportunities.
  • Team Leadership:

    Provide leadership, mentoring, and motivation to team members. Create structure and efficiency within the sales function where needed.
  • Lead Generation & Closure:

    Proactively generate leads and independently manage them through to closure, ensuring a client-centric approach at all stages.
  • Market Insights:

    Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new opportunities and improve offerings.
  • Entrepreneurial Thinking:

    Bring an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt quickly, implement process improvements, and take ownership of business growth.
  • Reporting & Forecasting:

    Regularly track and report on sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback to the senior management team.
  • Customer Relationship Management:

    Foster long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
