We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of the sales process—from managing field executives to handling client meetings and closing deals. 🔍 Key Responsibilities: Lead, train & manage the entire sales team Generate and follow up on leads from various channels Plan and execute field sales strategies to meet monthly targets Attend client site visits and explain project details clearly Guide clients through booking to final sales closure Coordinate with HR for recruitment and daily team reporting Maintain daily/weekly sales reports and performance updates ✅ Requirements: 1+ years of real estate sales experience (villa/layout/apartment sales preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Proven track record of target achievements and team performance Willingness to travel for client meetings and fieldwork Fluency in Tamil (English is a plus) Basic computer & mobile app knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM tools)
