Join Our Real Estate Team | Seshas Group We are looking for a dynamic and versatile professional who can take ownership of HR, Admin, and Sales Coordination roles. If you're proactive, organized, and have a passion for team management and office operations โ€“ we want you on our team! ๐Ÿ” Your Responsibilities Will Include:๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿ’ผ HR & Recruitment: End-to-end recruitment (site engineers, sales team, office staff, etc.) Staff onboarding, documentation, and record keeping Attendance, payroll, and leave management Employee engagement and basic HR compliance ๐Ÿข Office & Admin: Handling day-to-day office operations Coordinating between departments (sales, site, design, etc.) Managing office supplies, assets, and vendor coordination Supporting management in meetings, reports & schedules ๐Ÿ’ผ Sales Team Support:Assisting with sales team reporting and lead follow-ups Scheduling client meetings, site visits & maintaining enquiry records Coordinating between sales and back-office for seamless operations โœ… Who Weโ€™re Looking For: Graduate with 1+ years experience in HR/Admin/Sales support roles Must experience in Real estate or construction industry Strong communication skills (Tamil & English) Excellent multitasking and coordination abilities Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
