Role Overview

As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing brand visibility, and curating high-end customer experiences at Khubani. We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong network, proven sales expertise, and a passion for luxury hospitality.

• Key Responsibilities



• Sales & Business Development: Identify and acquire high-value clientele, corporate accounts, and event collaborations to drive revenue.
• Strategic Marketing: Develop and implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to enhance Khubani’s brand positioning.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with VIP guests, influencers, and industry leaders.
• Revenue Optimisation: Utilise data-driven insights to maximise bookings, upsell premium services, and exceed revenue targets.
• Training & Leadership: Mentor and train the sales and guest relations team to enhance performance and customer engagement.
• Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to refine sales and marketing strategies.

• Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales & marketing within hospitality, fine dining, luxury retail, or events.
• Strong network of high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), corporate clients, and event planners.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand reputation.
• Experience in event planning, digital marketing, and influencer collaborations is a plus.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and social media marketing.
