Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in technology sales. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends, manage customer relationships, and oversee account management while ensuring exceptional customer service. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in developing sales strategies, mentoring team members, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the technology sector.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track sales performance, manage leads, and analyze customer data.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and support.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching.
  • Oversee outside sales efforts, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market demands.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion within existing accounts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably within the technology sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships and analyzing data.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Demonstrated ability in technical sales, account management, and outside sales strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results.
