Role Description


This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager of Electric Vehicles located in Gurugram. The Sales Manager will manage sales operations, develop and implement sales strategies, and build and maintain relationships with clients. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing sales teams, conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also forecast sales, set performance goals, and analyze sales data to inform strategies.

Qualifications


  • Sales Management, Strategic Planning, and Client Relationship skills
  • Experience in market research, forecasting, and sales analysis
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
  • Experience in the electric vehicle industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
