Job Description

A Sales Manager leads and motivates a team of salespeople to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. They are responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, setting sales targets, and monitoring team performance. Key duties include recruiting, training, and coaching sales staff, analyzing sales data, and collaborating with other departments like marketing

  • Lead and Manage a Sales Team:Recruit, hire, train, and mentor sales representatives.
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies:Create and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
  • Set Sales Goals and Targets:Establish individual and team sales quotas, and monitor performance against those goals.
  • Analyze Sales Data:Track sales performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales efforts.
  • Coach and Motivate Salespeople:Provide ongoing support, feedback, and coaching to improve sales skills and performance.
  • Build Client Relationships:Foster strong relationships with key clients and develop strategies for customer retention.
  • Collaborate with Other Departments:Work with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales efforts and improve the customer experience.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends:Keep abreast of the latest sales techniques, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare Sales Reports:Generate regular reports on sales performance, forecasting, and market analysis.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Leadership and Management:Ability to motivate and inspire a team, delegate effectively, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Sales Expertise:Strong understanding of the sales process, sales techniques, and customer relationship management.
  • Analytical Skills:Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
  • Problem-Solving Skills:Ability to identify and resolve sales-related issues, and adapt to changing market conditions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
