Business Development/ Sales

Qualifications & Skills

Experience
: 4+ years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably within blockchain, crypto, fintech, or related technology solutions.
Domain Knowledge
: Strong familiarity with crypto exchanges, blockchain ecosystems, NFTs, smart contracts, and payment gateways.
White-Label Expertise
: Demonstrated success in selling white-label or custom software solutions.
Communication Skills
: Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Sales Tools
: Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and other sales enablement platforms.
Analytical Thinking
: Ability to understand client pain points, propose optimal solutions, and navigate complex sales cycles.
Team Player
: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Education
: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
