With 16 stunning properties across 10 iconic locations and over 100 uniquely designed rooms, we create one-of-a-kind getaways. Our properties aren’t just places to stay – they’re experiences. WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE

You’ll start your day by attending to customer inquiries coming in through booking engines, social media, and our website—guiding potential guests and focusing on converting leads into confirmed bookings. You’ll also be actively reaching out to generate new leads and connect with travel agents, corporate clients, and other key stakeholders. Whether it’s a quick call or a detailed presentation, you’ll be representing Seclude with energy and clarity to drive sales and build strong relationships.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Communicate confidently and fluently through phone calls, emails, and respond to inquiries in both English and Hindi, collaborating effectively with diverse clients.
  • Manage and optimize OTAs to ensure maximum visibility, performance, and bookings.
  • Drive B2B sales by engaging with corporates, wellness groups, travel agents, and other relevant segments.
  • Build and manage client relationships with a strong focus on experience and long-term engagement.
  • Monitor and manage revenue generation through dynamic pricing strategies and analytics.
  • Travel locally to meet clients, showcase the Seclude experience, and represent our brand professionally.
  • Support the sales team by identifying lead generation opportunities, resolving client concerns, and closing deals.
  • Handle multiple tasks including client follow-ups, internal coordination, and deadline management.


WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

  • Graduate in any field, with 1-4 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong exposure to revenue management, OTA platforms, and B2B sales in a hospitality-focused company.
  • A great personality with excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
  • A fast learner with an interest in technology, data, and customer experience.
  • Strong in numbers, negotiation, and multitasking.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
