Property Manager, Thrissur

As a Property Manager at Seclude Karthika Niwas, Thrissur, Kerala, you will oversee the seamless operation of assigned properties, ensure exceptional guest experiences while maintaining operational efficiency and aligning with Seclude’s brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the property, including front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, and guest services.
• Lead and manage staff, ensuring high performance and alignment with Seclude’s brand values.
• Oversee restaurant operations, including staffing and inventory management, to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
• Work proactively to maintain the property, address operational issues promptly, and liaise with the Head Office as required.
• Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and inventories while keeping costs under control and maintaining detailed records.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and Seclude policies.
