Job Title: Sales Executive / Sales Manager Industry: Cloud Telephony | SaaS | B2B Solutions Location: Chandigarh Experience: Sales Executive: 2–4 years Sales Manager: 5–8 years Education: Graduate (Postgraduate preferred) About the Role We are hiring Sales Executives and Sales Managers with strong experience in SaaS-based B2B sales, preferably in cloud telephony or cloud-based business services. The ideal candidate will be based in Chandigarh. Key Responsibilities Own Revenue Targets: Take charge of achieving revenue goals from new and existing clients. Client Relationship Management: Strengthen existing customer relationships to ensure retention and growth. Sales Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to define revenue targets and strategy. Forecasting: Understand sales trends and provide accurate sales and revenue forecasts. Customer Interface: Act as the primary point of contact for customer communication, ensuring a seamless experience. Lead Generation & Deal Closure: Identify and close new business opportunities through proactive outreach. Payment Follow-up: Ensure timely payment collection and reconciliation from clients.
