Job Title: Sales Executive – Lubricants

Location: Keonjhar District
Reports to: Sales Manager / Business Development Head
Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Executive – Lubricants to promote and sell a range of automotive and industrial lubricants. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lubricant sales, strong market knowledge, and an existing client network. This role involves business development, client servicing, and meeting sales targets in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new customers in automotive, industrial, transport, and retail segments.
  • Maintain and grow business with existing customers, including dealers, distributors, workshops, and fleet operators.
  • Promote various lubricant products as per customer needs and applications.
  • Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned targets.
  • Monitor competitors’ activities, pricing, and new product launches.
  • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams for timely delivery and stock availability.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain credit control as per company policy.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates.
  • Participate in promotional activities, trade shows, and customer engagement programs.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Technical background is a plus.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of proven experience in lubricant sales (automotive or industrial).
  • Strong product knowledge in engine oils, gear oils, greases, and specialty lubricants.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, handle targets, and travel extensively.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Must hold a valid driving license.

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience with lubricant brands like Castrol, Gulf, Servo, Valvoline, or similar.
  • Existing customer network in the assigned region.
  • Familiarity with technical specifications and industrial applications of lubricants.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

  • Commission pay

Schedule:

  • Day shift
