Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Franchise and Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team at Blue Sapphire, Greater Noida. The candidate will be responsible for driving leasing transactions, onboarding franchise buyers, and connecting property owners with top-tier brands. Key Responsibilities: Identify and connect with franchise buyers, brand owners, and property investors. Pitch commercial retail spaces to brands and negotiate lease terms. Generate and follow up on qualified leads through networking, cold calling, and fieldwork. Build strong relationships with landlords, developers, and corporate clients. Conduct site visits, presentations, and facilitate end-to-end deal closures. Track market trends, rental data, and competition to develop smart sales strategies. Maintain accurate records using CRM tools and provide regular sales reports. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field. 1–4 years of experience in real estate, franchise sales, or commercial leasing. Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills. Ability to work independently and handle fieldwork across locations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and basic real estate documentation. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in QSR, retail, or franchise businesses.
