Accountant

About Us:Leaseontip is a dynamic commercial real estate company specializing in leasing retail and commercial spaces to leading brands and franchises. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant to handle the full scope of our financial operations. Key Responsibilities:Prepare and maintain accurate Profit & Loss (P&L) statements for all leasing-related activities Ensure timely and correct GST filing (monthly/quarterly/annual) Manage TDS, advance tax, and other statutory financial compliances Maintain proper books of accounts using Tally or similar accounting software Reconcile bank statements, vendor payments, and receivables Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Generate MIS reports for internal decision-making Coordinate with external CA and audit teams Monitor overall cash flow and maintain financial discipline Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA Inter preferred) 2–5 years of hands-on experience in accounting and taxation Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and P&L management Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, or other accounting tools Good understanding of commercial leasing or real estate industry is a plus High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills Work Schedule:Days: Monday to Saturday Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Perks:Exposure to the real estate and commercial leasing ecosystem Fast-paced work environment with career growth opportunities Professional and supportive team To Apply:Send your updated resume to [your HR email] with the subject line: Accountant – Leaseontip
