Leasing Executive

Job Summary: Lease on Tip is seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as Leasing Executives. This is a client-facing field role ideal for individuals interested in the real estate sector and passionate about customer interaction and sales. Key Responsibilities: Engage with potential clients to understand their leasing needs and present suitable property options. Conduct site visits and property showings. Build and maintain relationships with property owners and clients. Negotiate lease terms and close leasing agreements. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups. Meet monthly targets for property listings and lease closures. Collaborate with the internal team to streamline the leasing process. Preferred Candidate Profile: Self-driven with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle field work and travel across Delhi-NCR. Sales-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn. Prior experience in real estate leasing or sales is an advantage (not mandatory).
