The Sales Executive is responsible for generating business for the hotel through direct sales, marketing, and networking. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and ensuring the hotel's occupancy and revenue targets are met. Key Responsibilities: Actively seek and secure corporate, leisure, group, and event bookings to meet or exceed sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agents, and corporate accounts. Conduct regular sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings to generate leads and close deals. Develop and implement sales strategies in line with the hotel’s marketing goals. Prepare proposals, contracts, and negotiate rates with potential clients. Participate in trade shows, sales missions, and promotional events to represent the hotel. Collaborate with the front office, reservations, F&B, and events teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Maintain an up-to-date database of client information and activities in the CRM system. Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities. Provide weekly/monthly reports on sales activities and performance to the Sales Manager. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred. Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel PMS/CRM systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi). Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
