Job Title: Sales Executive (Fresher)

Location: Bengaluru
Type: Full-time
Experience: 0–1 year

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹19,000/month (based on performance & interview)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a high-energy, confident Sales Executive (Fresher) to join our team. If you're a smooth talker, a natural relationship builder, and ready to step into the world of tech sales, this is your launchpad.

What You'll Do

  • Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and networking
  • Understand client needs and pitch the right solutions
  • Maintain and grow client relationships
  • Meet weekly/monthly sales targets
  • Keep records and leads updated in CRM
  • Represent Thor Signia at networking events, expos, and tech meetups
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree (any stream welcome)
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Confident, proactive, and people-smart
  • Self-motivated with a goal-driven mindset
  • Comfortable attending events and meeting clients in person
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Suite; CRM is a plus)
