Role Overview

As a Part-Time SEM Specialist, you’ll work on focused PPC campaigns, help us increase ROI through targeted strategies, and report on campaign insights. The role offers flexibility with a clear growth path based on results.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and manage Google Ads/Bing campaigns
• Conduct keyword research and optimize targeting
• Write and test ad variations for different objectives
• Track and improve campaign KPIs (CTR, CPC, Conversions)
• Coordinate with in-house designers or content teams as needed
• Provide concise performance reports
• Keep up with SEM best practices and trends

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in SEM/PPC
• Familiarity with major ad platforms and analytics tools
• Strong focus on ROI and performance
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Google Ads certification is a plus

Performance-Based Salary Structure

• Base Salary: ₹13,000/month
• Performance Review: After 2 months
• Increment Potential: Up to ₹20,000/month based on lead generation quality, ROI, and performance tracking
