Role Overview

As a Full-Time SEM Specialist, you’ll manage paid search campaigns and ensure ROI-driven performance. You’ll collaborate with other teams to improve campaign outcomes, optimize targeting, and scale results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing
• Conduct keyword research and audience segmentation
• Write engaging ad copies and perform A/B tests
• Monitor and optimize campaign KPIs (CTR, CPC, conversions, ROAS)
• Set up tracking (Google Analytics, UTM parameters, conversion pixels)
• Generate reports with actionable insights
• Stay current with trends and platform updates

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands-on SEM/PPC experience
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics
• Strong analytical and optimization skills
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities
• Google Ads certification preferred

Performance-Based Salary Structure

• Base Salary: ₹23,000/month
• Performance Review: After 2 months
• Increment Potential: Up to ₹30,000/month based on campaign results, lead quality, and return on ad spend (ROAS)
