🚀 Hiring: Inside Sales Executive / Business Development Executive (BDE) – Pune (On-site)

About the Role:

ISOPARA is looking for motivated Engineering graduates (freshers to 2 years experience) to join us as Inside Sales Executives / BDEs. You’ll play a key role in promoting our CAD design training courses (CATIA & NX), actively calling prospective clients, engaging them, and supporting the enrollment process.


What You’ll Do:

• Call and connect with potential clients to present and explain ISOPARA’s Mechanical CAD training programs.

• Schedule and coordinate office visits for course inquiries and counseling.

• Assist clients throughout the enrollment and admission processes.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records in our CRM system.

• Follow up consistently to convert inquiries and calls into confirmed enrollments.

• Collaborate with marketing and training teams to meet and exceed enrollment targets.


Who We’re Looking For:

• Engineering graduates (freshers or up to 2 years experience)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable making sales calls.

Able to thrive in a target-driven, collaborative team environment.
