Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Conduct quality inspections of welding and fabrication activities at various project stages. Review and ensure compliance with WPS (Welding Procedure Specification), PQR (Procedure Qualification Record), and welder qualifications. Perform NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) methods as per ASNT Level 2 standards, including RT, UT, MT, and PT. Monitor daily site quality activities and ensure they align with client specifications and industry codes. Develop and implement quality control plans and inspection test plans (ITPs). Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, including inspection reports, material traceability, and welding logs. Coordinate with third-party inspectors and clients for quality audits and inspections. Raise NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and follow up on corrective/preventive actions. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and project-specific quality standards. Show more Show less
