Job Description

We are a Frozen Food Industry 1. Sales Process Management *Manage end-to-end sales for FMCG & QSR clients—from prospecting to deal closure. *Oversee pipeline stages: initial contact, proposal submission, sample dispatch, feedback collection, confirmation, and first-order fulfilment. 2. Customer Support & Relationship Management *Collaborate with internal teams to resolve inquiries and ensure seamless customer experiences. *Proactively address issues to maintain high satisfaction levels. 3. Review Generation & Brand Reputation *Encourage customers to share positive reviews on platforms like Google, Indiamart, and Justdial to boost credibility. 4. Order Follow-Up & Communication *Track orders via WhatsApp broadcast reminders and maintain clear communication until delivery. 5. Revenue Growth & Upselling *Drive month-on-month account growth by upselling new products/services aligned with client needs. 6. Client Engagement *Organize quarterly video calls between clients and the CEO to gather feedback and explore collaboration opportunities. Qualifications & Requirements: 1–2 years of sales experience in the HORECA/Frozen Food industry (QSR/FMCG background preferred). Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Food Technology, or related fields. Fluent in English & Hindi; strong communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven with a problem-solving mindset. Comfortable managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
