Job Description: Sales Executive Location: Hyderabad Industry: Construction/Real Estate Development Job Type: Full-time About the Role: Sri Developers is hiring a dynamic Sales Executive to drive property sales and build client relationships. The candidate will promote residential/commercial projects and achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify potential buyers and generate leads through referrals, site visits, and marketing campaigns. Conduct property presentations and negotiate deals with clients. Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and follow up diligently. Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize promotions. Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction. Stay updated on Hyderabads real estate trends and competitor analysis. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field. 2+ years of sales experience in real estate (residential projects preferred). Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Local market knowledge (Hyderabad) is a must. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office. Own vehicle for client visits (preferred).
