The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities for our SaaS products, with a focus on international markets, particularly North America and Europe. Key Responsibilities - Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email, and LinkedIn - Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the Global Sales team - Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets - Develop a deep understanding of our SaaS products and articulate their value proposition to prospects - Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system - Collaborate with marketing and sales ops teams to refine lead generation strategies - Gain exposure to and work with AI-powered sales tools and technologies to optimize outreach, lead management, and customer insights.- Share best practices and contribute to the overall growth of the sales development team Requirements - Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales development role, preferably with SaaS products - Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets - Extensive experience in international calling, particularly in North America and Europe - Proficiency in using sales engagement platforms such as Salesforce, Outreach, Klenty, and Outplay - Experience with data enrichment platforms like ZoomInfo, Lusha, and Apollo - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage C-level executives - Strong time management and organizational skills - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
