Sales Development Representative

We’re Hiring | Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: Bangalore | Hybrid

Experience: 1–4 years | B2B SaaS Background Preferred

Rideo is building cutting-edge solutions for the mobility space, and we’re looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative to help us scale. If you’re driven by results, passionate about outbound sales, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp
• Book 6–8 qualified product demos per day for the sales team
• Identify and qualify leads based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation strategies
• Maintain accurate records and workflows using CRM tools (HubSpot, etc.)
• Stay updated on product knowledge and market insights

Requirements:

• 1–4 years of experience in an SDR or outbound sales role, preferably in B2B SaaS
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to consistently book qualified meetings and demo
• Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections
• Familiarity with sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar platforms
• Understanding of ICP qualification frameworks like BANT or MEDDIC is a plus
