As a Sales and Business Development professional with 8 to 10 years of proven experience, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through effective sales strategies. Your strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills will play a key role in building relationships with clients and achieving sales targets. You must be goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team. Your Role and Responsibilities will include: Prospecting and Lead Generation: - Conducting market research to identify potential clients and industries. - Generating leads through networking and online research. - Qualifying leads to assess their value and alignment with the company's offerings. Market Analysis and Strategy: - Staying informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors. - Contributing to the development of sales and business development strategies. - Identifying opportunities for product/service improvement based on market feedback. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: - Providing input on marketing strategies and promotional activities. - Collaborating on new product/service launches and enhancements. Networking and Industry Events: - Attending conferences, events, and trade shows to represent the company. - Networking with potential clients and industry professionals to expand the business network.
