Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager who has university clients as well as career counsellors, coaching centres and a network with students across universities in India to bring onboard as business immediately. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and contributing to the overall growth strategy. This position is based in New Delhi, with flexibility for remote work. Responsibility 1. This is an individual contributor role for an individual who can work in an employee-oriented, high-performance environment. The primary goal of this position is to promote Expertrons as a valuable tool for professionals to prepare for interviews and secure employment opportunities within the BFSI and tech sectors . 2. Your role will start with contacting potential customers (Professionals and students) and the opportunity to set up Meetings and counsel the aspirants closing deals . 3. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives. 4. This hybrid model of sales will give you exposure to the best of Inside-sales and direct-sales. 5. Extensive training on products will be given for B2B 6. Target given for this role is Rs 2 crore annually Preferred Skill Sets: 1. Existing University Client business amounting to 2cr across north India/India, career counsellors, coaching centres and network with students across universities 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, has had knowledge of online education products and has had selling experience. Ability to create a network of career experts who would add candidates to the business 3. Being interested in mentoring students, knack for sales and positioning an idea. 4.
