Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.
• Identify and connect with potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, diagnostic labs, and healthcare providers.
• Promote and sell a range of healthcare equipment and supplies tailored to client needs.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and procurement heads.
• Conduct product demos and educate customers on usage and benefits.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and after-sales support. 
• Track sales performance, provide weekly reports, and work towards monthly targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging medical technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in any field (Science or Engineering preferred)
• Freshers or 0-2 Years of Experience in B2B sales
• Prior knowledge of medical equipment is a strong advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
• Passion for healthcare and a desire to make a positive impact in the medical industry.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Office skills.
