International Sales Associate – Debt Settlement (USA)

Location: Udyog Vihar Phase IV, Gurgaon

Shift Timing: Night Shift 7:00 PM IST to 4:30 AM IST (U.S. Time Zone)

Transport: Both Side Cab Provided.

Working Days: 5 Days a Week.

Gender: Male & Female

Education: Minimum 12th Pass (with excellent English communication – verbal & written)

Age Limit: Up to 35 Years

Interview Mode: Face-to-Face Only | 2 Rounds | Same-Day Selection

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound calls to U.S. customers for debt settlement process.

• Explain program details, assess eligibility, and generate interest.

• Maintain high conversion rates and meet assigned sales targets.

• Update CRM accurately after each interaction.

• Ensure compliance with U.S. regulations and internal quality standards.

Candidate Requirements:

• Must have excellent English communication skills – both spoken and written.

• Sales-driven personality with a positive and energetic attitude.

• Ability to work night shifts (U.S. Time Zone).

• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

• Freshers with telemarketing confidence are welcome!

Salary & Incentives:

Experienced (1+ Years in International Sales/Telemarketing)

Up to 45,000/month + Huge & Attractive Incentives
