As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the sales department, managing client relationships, processing orders, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and our team. You’ll contribute to client handling and enhancing overall customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Assist the sales team with daily tasks, including preparing quotations, processing orders, and maintaining client records. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism. Coordinate with production and logistics departments to ensure timely delivery of orders. Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate sales and client information. Support in market research and identifying potential leads. Prepare sales reports and assist in analyzing sales data. Requirements: Proven experience in a sales or customer service role (experience in manufacturing or textiles is a plus). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn. Educational qualification: Minimum High School Diploma; a degree in business or marketing is preferred.
