Position Overview


We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on identifying new business opportunities in international markets and promoting our IT services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about business growth, international sales, and building lasting client relationships.


Key Responsibilities


  • Identify new business opportunities in international markets for digital marketing and IT services.
  • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, PeoplePerHour, email campaigns, industry events, and other online platforms.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs, competitor activity, and current trends.
  • Develop customized proposals and deliver persuasive presentations to potential clients.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Work effectively with the pre-sales team to tailor solutions for prospects.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales updates and forecasts.
  • Adapt across diverse cultural and business environments.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of international B2B sales experience (preferably in digital marketing or IT services).
  • Proven record of achieving or surpassing sales goals.
  • Proven experience in lead generation on atleast one of these - LinkedIn, Upwork, and PeoplePerHour.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and web development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
