The ideal candidate is someone who blends storytelling with strategy, has a deep understanding of visual communication, and thrives in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize content ideas and campaign themes in line with brand tone and business objectives. Develop content briefs , storyboards, or mood boards for visual teams. Collaborate closely with GDs and MGDs to bring ideas to life — from static visuals to video-based content. Act as a bridge between client and Execution team , ensuring creative output aligns with campaign goals and timelines. Coordinate day-to-day project workflows, ensuring delivery of high-quality content within deadlines. Provide creative direction, constructive feedback, and improvements during the design process. Assist in planning and organizing creative assets for marketing campaigns. Stay updated with current trends in content, design, and digital storytelling to keep ideas fresh and engaging. Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (content, creative, coordination). Strong conceptual and visual thinking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience working with graphic and motion design teams . Basic understanding of design and video production processes is a plus.
