About Us

Softform.in is an engineering-led consulting and innovation company delivering solutions across technology, infrastructure, and product development. One of our flagship projects is TerraSuit – a next-generation wearable microclimate suit designed for comfort and performance in extreme heat environments.

We are hiring a Sales & Marketing Intern to assist in promoting TerraSuit and expanding our consulting firm’s reach through digital content and direct outreach.

Role Overview

This role blends product marketing, field promotion, and LinkedIn-based outreach. The ideal candidate is based in Nagpur, enthusiastic about startups, and skilled in both online and offline marketing tactics.

Key Responsibilities

Product Marketing & Campaigning (TerraSuit)

Create content for social media: short videos, static posts, stories, and reels

Support field-level marketing activities such as on site marketing and demo set ups

Assist in organizing product demos and and engaging in product sales

Track and report engagement across physical and digital campaigns

LinkedIn Marketing & Lead Outreach (Softform.in)

Draft and schedule weekly LinkedIn posts for our engineering & IT consulting services

Identify and reach out to relevant prospects on LinkedIn with personalized messages

Maintain a tracker for connections, responses, and post performance

Assist in building and refining our online brand presence

Requirements

Must be based in Nagpur or able to relocate for the internship period

Good communication skills (written and spoken English)

Familiar with Canva, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and Google Sheets

Confident in approaching people both online and offline

Bonus: interest in startups, engineering, climate-tech, or wearable devices

Requirements

Based in Nagpur or willing to relocate during the internship

Strong communication skills in English (Hindi/Marathi is a plus)

Familiar with tools like Canva, LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, and Google Workspace

Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, Canva Magic, etc.) for content and outreach

Confident in in-person promotions, events, and cold outreach

Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently

Preferred

Experience with LinkedIn marketing, social media, or lead generation

Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, or similar)

Interest in startups, wearable tech, or B2B consulting

Prior involvement in college fests, ambassador roles, or marketing campaigns
