Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Executive located in Zirakpur. The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for email and social media marketing, market research, effective communication, sales strategies, and marketing campaigns to promote our services to, employment visa seekers, students interested in U.S. University for further education, and businesses for U.S. immigration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate sales representative
• Coordinate and schedule meetings between leads and the sales team
• Conduct lead generation through social media platforms, CRM tools, and other channels
• Make outbound follow-up calls to nurture leads and assist in conversions
• Support social media marketing efforts, campaigns, and content planning
• Maintain client data and communication logs using internal tools
• Work closely with the sales team to maximize lead-to-client conversion rate

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication (verbal and written)
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Basic understanding of sales funnel and marketing concepts
• Experience in handling customer calls, emails, or CRM systems is a plus
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and team player

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹2.52 – ₹3.6 LPA (based on experience & skills)
