Identify and generate new leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking events, and other marketing campaigns.
Pitch CODOTs technology and AI-driven service offerings to prospective clients in India, Australia and globally.
Understand client pain points and tailor proposals to showcase relevant CODOT solutions (AI agents, SaaS products, automation tools, vector DB, etc.)
Collaborate with the tech and leadership teams to shape custom solutions for clients.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Maintain and update CRM tools with sales activities, follow-ups, and pipeline management.
Work with the content and design teams to run digital marketing and lead-gen campaigns.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and potential partnership opportunities.
14 years of experience in B2B sales or marketing in the IT/Software/Tech industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to close deals and meet revenue targets.
Understanding of modern digital technologies (AI, SaaS, cloud services, full-stack dev) is a strong plus.
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or email marketing platforms.
Self-starter, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-friendly team.
