Retail Trainer


The Retail Experience Trainer will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training of staff across our Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs). This includes creating a unified and premium brand experience in-store—encompassing staff expertise, store ambiance, and customer engagement.


Responsibilities

Training & Development

  • Manage and execute new staff onboarding process, including checklists and orientation programs.
  • Develop, update, and deploy training modules and videos covering product knowledge, brand guidelines, sales techniques, and customer service.
  • Conduct workshops and create quizzes to reinforce learning and measure staff competency.
  • Foster a learning culture by monitoring training effectiveness and suggesting improvements.

Recruitment & Team Building

  • Lead recruitment efforts for EBOs: sourcing, screening, and interviewing store managers and brand staff.
  • Collaborate with HR and cross-functional stakeholders to forecast manpower needs and fill roles within targeted timelines.
  • Maintain recruitment in our ATS (Application Tracking System) and use metrics to refine hiring strategies.

Brand Experience & Store Ambiance

  • Regularly audit stores to ensure consistent brand representation and enhanced customer experience.
  • Implement feedback loops to continuously refine and improve in-store ambiance.

Collaboration & Compliance

  • Ensure all EBOs adhere to regulatory and organizational policies, maintaining safety, security, and brand ethos.

Skills:

  1. Strong Communication & Presentation:

    Ability to deliver engaging workshops and training sessions.
  2. Project Management:

    Competence in organizing recruitment campaigns, training schedules, and store experience
  3. Customer Centricity:

    Keen focus on creating superior customer experiences through well-trained staff and curated store ambiance.
  4. Creativity:

    Skilled in developing interactive quizzes, training videos, and other engaging learning materials.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail operations, HR, or store management roles (preferably in fashion/apparel).
  • Excellent in English and Hindi and confident in giving speeches.
  • Experience with Camera and Shooting setup is preferred.
  • Proven track record in recruitment, onboarding, and staff training.
  • Familiarity with modern e-learning tools and digital content creation for training.
  • Willingness to travel for store staff training.
